Today we are announcing our affiliation with Barclay Damon, LLP. This strategic alliance will provide McCauley Lyman clients access to Barclay Damon’s 33 practice areas and enhance Barclay Damon’s already substantial Renewable Energy Practice Area. The new affiliation will make it possible to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients on an “in-house” basis, such as tax, securities, intellectual property, and regulatory and environmental services, to name just a few which we formerly referred to other lawyers.
Each firm will retain its separate identity, but McCauley Lyman partners are joining Barclay Damon as “of counsel” lawyers. We at McCauley Lyman are very pleased to be joining our new colleagues who we have found share our values, style, and firm culture. It is a particularly good fit for us because it makes available to our clients a broad array of high-quality legal services at billing rates comparable to our own. Of course, you will remain completely free to receive legal services from McCauley Lyman and any other lawyers whom you choose to employ on any matter. But our affiliation with Barclay Damon will greatly expand your options, both in breadth and depth of services.
