Bryan Pellerin has represented clients regarding commercial real estate, financing, and business transactions for over 25 years. He represents a range of clients, from national corporations and regional banks to single member limited liability companies, counseling them in all aspects of commercial, residential, and institutional real estate development, asset and stock purchases, and day to day business issues.
Bryan's development work includes office park and shopping center developments; permitting and approvals from federal, state and local agencies; condominium formations and conversions; subdivisions; Land Sales Full Disclosure Act filings; 1031 exchanges; purchase and sale agreements; leases; commercial lending and financing; construction law issues; and land use and zoning.
Before joining McCauley Lyman LLC, Bryan was a partner at D’Amante, Couser, Pellerin & Associates, P.A. in Concord, NH. He has served his town as a Selectman, a member of its Economic Development Committee, and a member of its Open Space Committee. NH Governor Maggie Hassan appointed Bryan to serve on the Merrimack River Valley Flood Control Commission in NH’s negotiations with Massachusetts, of which he was Chair. Bryan also coached his children's soccer and baseball teams.
Bryan has regularly been selected as a “Best Real Estate Lawyer” in NH. He graduated from Union College with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a Civil Engineering concentration, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University. Bryan is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
