How We Work
Built into our approach is a sensitivity to the need for timeliness, scalability, and cost-efficiency that balances with the changing regulatory landscape. We have deep expertise in the solar arena. Most of our assignments are in the so-called "Commercial and Industrial" (C & I) space, typically 2 to 10MW (some larger), but we also work on Community Distributed Generation (CDG) projects, too, some of which may be a little smaller.
On any given day our work includes some or all of the issues involved with developing and operating clean energy projects—environmental attribute accounting and trading (RECs, carbon credits, etc.), business acquisitions and sales, structuring and negotiating energy and generation credit sales agreements, financings, and workouts, for example.
