Glenn Kramer has represented a wide range of commercial clients, from single-member LLCs and individual employees or contractors to national banks and international insurance companies. He counsels clients about general business matters and assists with the development and financing of renewable energy projects and housing and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining McCauley Lyman LLC, Glenn worked with Cumsky & Levin LLP in Cambridge, MA. During law school, he was a clinical student with the Innocence Project in New York City and continued his work as a Post Graduate Fellow.
Glenn graduated from Emory University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Massachusetts and the Southern District of New York. He is the Attorney Representative on the Natick Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board and is an advisor to FIDO of Natick, Inc.

- Real estate project diligence review including contractor’s and architect’s contracts, environmental issues, zoning and permitting, and title
- Draft and review of commercial contracts such as employment agreements, business to business service agreements and independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, and consumer contracts
- Lease drafting and negotiation
